In the ESV, the second part of verse 5 features a chiasm:
I will bring your offspringfrom the east,
and from the westI will gather you.
The inverted structure highlights these opposite directions and consequently this breadth. It isn't in the Hebrew, however:
מִמִּזְרָח אָבִיא זַרְעֶךָ וּמִֽמַּעֲרָב אֲקַבְּצֶֽךָּ
from the east, I will bring your offspring, and from the west, I will gather you
The first part of verse 6 includes both positive and negative commands:
I will say to the north, Give up, and to the south, Do not withhold.
אֹמַר לַצָּפוֹן תֵּנִי וּלְתֵימָן אַל־תִּכְלָאִי
"Give up" and "Do not withhold" describe basically the same action, but the way in which these commands are expressed (both positively and negatively) provides a sense of totality.
