Psalm 89:50

While reading the Psalms in German, I found an-other instance where alliteration has some small significance, this time in Psalm 89:51:
Gedenke, Herr, an die Schmach deiner Knechte, die ich trage in meinem Herzen von all den vielen Völkern
In the ESV, this is verse 50:
Remember, O Lord, how your servants are mocked, and how I bear in my heart the insults of all the many nations
The repetition involved in the alliterative "vielen Völkern" ("many nations") hints at this multitude.
