In any case, the parallelism between "der HERR ist deine Zuversicht" (the LORD is your confidence) and "der Höchste ist deine Zuflucht" (the Most High is your refuge) is highlighted by the alliteration between "HERR" (LORD) and "Höchste" (Most High) and between "Zuversicht" (confidence) and "Zuflucht" (refuge).
